PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Action News has learned that a 12-year-old boy has died after a shooting in North Philadelphia. The incident happened on 33 near Clearfield around 9pm on Saturday. Police say the boy was making a music video with his 14-year-old cousin when the cousin pulled the trigger. The apartment where the incident took place belonged to another cousin of his who is 27 years old. He is a security guard and has a carry permit. The 27-year-old is now in custody.
