If you’re like most AWS customers, you probably have a few exams scheduled for the coming months. But what if you can’t make it to one of those? What if something comes up and you have to cancel? AWS offers a number of options for customers who need to cancel an exam. You can reschedule the exam, request a refund, or get a credit for another time. Here’s how to do each: Reschedule an Exam To reschedule an exam, go to the My Account page and select the Exam tab. On this page, you’ll see all of your exams and their dates. Click on the exam that you want to reschedule and then click on the Reschedule button. You’ll be asked to provide new dates and times for your exam. Once you’ve provided these details, your new exam will be scheduled and will appear in your My Account page under the Exam tab. Refunds If you need a refund for an already-scheduled exam, go to the My Account page and select the Exam tab. On this page, you’ll see all of your exams and their dates. Click on the exam that you want to refund and then click on the Request Refund button. You’ll be asked to provide your payment information so that AWS can process your refund. Once your refund has been processed, it will appear in your My Account page under the Exam tab. Credits If cancelling an upcoming exam is not possible or desirable, you can get a credit for another time instead by going to the My Account page and selecting the Credit Card & Debit Card tabs. On this page, under “Exams I Have Taken,” click on View Credits & Refunds History . This will show all of your past exams with their credits (if any) and refunds (if any).
