Xbox 360 users can now play movies from USB, but there are a few caveats. First, the Xbox 360 cannot play movies that are encrypted with AAC or Dolby Digital. Second, some videos may not play because they are too large or have too many frames per second. Finally, some videos may not be compatible with the Xbox 360’s video player.
