Epic Seven Review: Is Flan Worth It?

Flan is a new restaurant in the heart of downtown. It’s a small, intimate space with a great view of the river. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, but I didn’t love it. The atmosphere was great and the staff were friendly, but I didn’t feel like I got what I expected from the restaurant. The Flan was just okay for me.
