I have a Google Smart Lock installed on my home. The lock works fine when I enter my code, but when I try to unlock the door using the keypad, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried changing the password, resetting the lock, and even going through the Google settings and checking for updates to see if anything has changed, but nothing seems to be working. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
