If you want to add pictures to an album that’s hidden on your iPhone, there are a few different ways to do it. The first way is to go to the Albums section of your iPhone’s Settings app and tap on the album that you want to add pictures to. Then, tap on the Photos button in the bottom left corner of the screen and select Add Photo from the menu that pops up.
