If you’re a fan of Zoosk, the online dating site for animals, there’s a good chance you’re familiar with the cancellation process. If not, here’s how to cancel your subscription and get a refund:
- Log into your account and click on the “Cancel Subscription” link at the top of the page.
- Enter your email address and password in the “Cancel Subscription” fields and click on the “Cancel” button.
- Your account will be cancelled and you will not be able to access it anymore. You will need to create a new account if you want to continue using Zoosk.
Step 1: Zoosk subscription cancellation from computer Zoosk can be canceled by logging in to your account and then click on the “subscription” link under the user name in upper left corner of page. You can see all your Zoosk subscriptions there. Select the one you want to cancel (for example, monthly or annual plan) and then click “manage subscription.” Then select whether you wish to keep using certain aspects of Zoosk services (Favorites , Zoosk Mail, Zoosk Chat) and then the cancel subscription button will appear. You will have to go through a survey screen in order to complete the process but Zoosk will give you one last chance with Zoosker who has rated your profile high and you might want to reconsider canceling Zoosk membership if he or she is among those Zooskers showing up on that list. Otherwise click on “cancel subscription” again and there you are – Zoosk cancellation finally done!
Step 2: Zoesk subscription cancelled from mobile device Z oosk access can be canceled by logging into your account from computer (see below for instructions) first and then use the same steps as above in order to manage Zoosk subscription from Zoosker’s mobile device. Just select Zoosk menu, navigate to Z oosker list and then click on “Save” button next to Z ooser that you want Zoesk access removed for.
