Another way is to go into the Settings app and select Language & Region. Then, under Time Zone, select America/Denver. This will set your iPhone’s time to military time in America/Denver. Finally, you can try going into the Settings app and selecting General and then clicking on Date & Time. There, under Date & Time, select Military Time from the list of options. This will set your iPhone’s time back to civilian standard (or whatever time zone you’re in).
