If you are a business owner and you use WhatsApp as your communication platform, then you might be wondering how to change your business account to a normal account. There are a few ways to do this, but the most common way is to go through the company’s website. There, you can find a link that will take you to the account management page. From here, you will need to input your new business name and contact information. After these details have been entered, you will need to click on the “change account” button. Once this has been done, your WhatsApp business account will be changed into a normal one. This process can take some time, so be patient! Once it’s complete, all of your messages and calls will now be sent through the new normal account instead of through your old WhatsApp business account.
Open WhatsApp and go to Settings. Tap on your profile name at the top of the screen. Tap on WhatsApp Business. Tap on Remove Account. Confirm by tapping on Remove Account again. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new WhatsApp account.
