If you’re like most people, you use your Apple ID to sign in to your Mac, access iCloud, and shop on the App Store. But what if you want to change your Apple ID? Here’s how to do it. First, open System Preferences on your Mac and click on Accounts. You’ll see a list of all of your accounts (including the one for your Apple ID). Next, click on the account for which you want to change the password or username. This will take you to the Account Details page. On this page, you’ll see a section called “Apple ID.” In this section, you can enter a new password or username. Make sure that the “Use this account for sign-in” checkbox is checked so that signing in using this new information will automatically log you into all of your Macs with this same account. If not, click on the “Sign In” button next to “Apple ID” and enter your new password or username in the dialog that pops up. Finally, make sure that “Remember my login information” is checked so that next time you sign in using your new information, everything will be automatic! ..
