If you’re a mail carrier, you know that your account is important to your business. But if you’re not a mail carrier, or if you only use the USPS for personal mail, there are some steps you can take to improve your account. First, create an account with the USPS. This will give you access to all of the features of the USPS account including: -A mailbox -A password -A mailbox history -A list of messages sent and received


The form is available on the USPS website. Complete this application completely and include supporting documentation including any additional information requested on either the original application or this new request as well as your name, address, phone number(s), email address(es) for all USPS publications and services (newspaper of choice, marketing etc.), permission for USPS to share the information provided with public officials who represent you at both the local and national level, USPS contact information (mailing address, USPS phone number, email) for all USPS publications and services that you do not currently receive. It is also important to include your old account/policy numbers from the USPS business service if applicable.

Change of address information may be used by USPS in order to send information about USPS products and services to customers who have requested to move their mail from a previous mailing address. This includes but is not limited to magazine subscriptions, election voter materials, marketing offers such as Our Choice Magazine or Direct Mail advertising campaigns offering special pricing on USPS shipping services. We may also use this information for marketing purposes where we believe it would improve the delivery of our products and services. USPS will not sell this information to any outside organizations.
