Instagram is a great way to keep in touch with friends and family, but it can be hard to know when someone is asking for your attention. To help you stay on top of message requests, follow these tips:
- Check your notifications. If you have Instagram set up so that you receive notifications for all messages, then you’ll see a message request notification when someone sends you a message.
- Look for the “message sender” icon. If the person who sent you a message has an icon next to their name, then they’ve already sent you a message and there’s nothing more you can do about it. If the person doesn’t have an icon next to their name, then they’ve just sent you a message and it’s up to you to decide whether or not to respond.
- Use the “message reply” feature. If someone sends you a message and you don’t want to respond right away, click on the “message reply” button that appears next to their name after they send the message. This will open up a new window where you can write your response without having to worry about accidentally sending it back to the original sender. ..
