There are a few ways to create a group on Instagram. You can create a group by selecting the “Group” tab in the main Instagram app, or you can add someone as a member by clicking on their name and selecting “Add to Group.” Once you have added someone as a member, they will be able to see all of your group posts and comments. To join a group, just click on the " Join Group" button in the top right corner of any post or comment.
