 (2)  Click  on  ‘Account’  from the navigation panel on right hand side.

(3)   Scroll down and click ‘ Delete Target Account ‘.

 (4)   You will be given a notification that this action will result in the loss of all data for all projects included in this account, including those with status ‘Active’. Please make sure you understand what is going to happen before proceeding.

(5) Once you click “OK”, your account will be moved to a “Deleted” status instantly. This action cannot be undone, so please make sure you are ready before proceeding!

(6) You need login into another client which has subscribed your project or target account via sharing, or manually subscribe it again if it’s expired shared link.

(7) Then you will find your project now has a status ‘Incomplete’ and no data, all previous activities have been lost.

(8) If you find access to your target project or account is blocked and unable to login by other clients, please ask your Sharelink partners manually add the project back into their client.

(9) If you find access to your target project or account is not blocked, please perform “Recovery” operation in corresponding client: Project → Edit Project Settings… → Delete Done!

(10) If your target account or project has been deleted by accident, please contact us to restore it.

(11)  We DO NOT provide any export/restore service for projects that are deleted by their owner.  You, as the owner, bear all responsibility to make sure your projects and files are backed up properly.  DO NOT DELETE important projects or accounts only because you want to delete target account feature!  By deleting a project or account, you also delete all data in it forever.  It is often better just to stop using this feature if you don’t need it anymore.
