If you’ve ever wanted to get rid of an Xbox account on your Xbox One, there are a few ways to go about it. The first way is to use the Xbox One’s settings. From the home screen, select “Settings” and then “Accounts.” Select the account you want to delete and press the “Delete Account” button. If you don’t want to use the settings, you can also delete an account by using the Xbox One’s online features. From the home screen, select “Games & Apps” and then select “My Games & Apps.” Select the game or app that you want to delete and press the “X” button on your controller. Next, select “Accounts and Features.” Under “Account Type,” select “Xbox Live Gold Account.” Under “Delete Account,” press the red X button. If you want to keep any of your games or apps associated with that account, you can save them to your hard drive before deleting it. To do this, open up the game or app and then press down on one of its buttons (the left stick for games and apps that have a controller support; for those without controller support, hold down on one of the buttons on your keyboard). This will bring up a menu where you can choose between saving your game or app state or quitting it entirely. If you want to keep all of your games and apps associated with that account but don’t want them stored on your hard drive, you can instead choose “Keep My Games & Apps On This Device.” ..
