Twitter is a social media platform that allows users to communicate with each other. However, if you are locked out of your account, you may not be able to access it. To delete your locked Twitter account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Twitter account and click on the “Account Settings” button.

Step2: Now you need to enter a duplicate password of locked Twitter account. If locked Twitter password is the same as current one then select I forgot my password(in locked account screen) and generate new password, if locked Twitter password is different from current one then type locked twitter username (email address associated with locked twitter profile) in Password field and type the locked Twitter password in old Password filed. Click on the blue Sign In button; You will get Error message but dont worry its normal because twitter bypasses this error so that users wont forget their passwords. It will appear like a file locked error. Click on the link which appears and it will open locked twitter profile of yours in a new tab, Now you can change locked Twitter password to any other password or remove locked status by selecting (cancel locked account) option which is present at the bottom of locked screen:
