If you have an vivo account, it’s important to delete it if you want to stop receiving updates and support from the company. If you don’t have an vivo account, you can sign up for one here. To delete your vivo account:

  1. Log in to your vivo account and click on the “delete my account” link under the “account details” tab.
  2. Enter your password and click on the “delete my account” button.
  3. Your vivo account will be deleted and all of your data will be lost!
