There are a lot of ways to do this, but one way is to use the Instagram app’s “hand free” mode. This mode lets you take photos and videos without having to hold your phone up in the air. Just hit the “take hand free” button on the bottom left corner of the app, and your camera will start taking pictures and videos without you having to touch anything.
