If you’re like most people, you probably have a lot of game data stored on your iPhone. Whether it’s your favorite games, apps, or even just photos and videos, there’s a good chance that some of that data is still there after you’ve deleted it or moved it to another device. There are a few ways to erase game data on an iPhone:
- Delete the app and all its data from the App Store. This will erase all the data on your iPhone including any games that were installed by the app.
- Use iTunes 12 to erase all the files and folders associated with your Apple ID and Apple account including any games or apps that were installed by those accounts. This will also delete any user-generated content (photos, videos) that was stored on those accounts.
- Use iCloud to erase all the files and folders associated with your Apple ID and Apple account including any games or apps that were installed by those accounts but not necessarily any user-generated content (photos, videos). This will also delete any iCloud-based backups of your device if they exist.
