There are a few ways to get rid of people that you’ve suggested on Instagram. One way is to use the “Suggested People” feature in the Instagram app. Another way is to remove people from your account completely by going to “Settings” and selecting “Accounts.” Finally, you can also remove people from your list by using the “Remove People” button in the Instagram app.
