  1. Open up the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down until you see “General.”

  3. Under “Accessibility,” tap on “Display Accommodations.”
  4. In the “Display Accommodations” section, make sure that the option labeled “Phone” is selected. If it isn’t, select it and then press OK.
  5. Now go back to the home screen and you should see the phone icon back where it belongs! ..

Swipe left or right to find the Home screen that doesn’t have the Phone app icon. Tap and hold on an empty spot on the Home screen until all of the icons start wiggling. Tap and hold on the Phone app icon until it starts wiggling.
