Luckily, there are a few ways to minimize YouTube videos so they’ll only take up space on your phone and not consume your bandwidth. First, open the YouTube app and tap the three lines in the top left corner. From here, tap the “Settings” button in the bottom right corner. From the “Settings” menu, tap “General.” In the “General” section, under “Screen Time,” turn off “Show Videos When Playing Back Videos.” This will minimize all videos but those that are currently playing back on your phone. ..
