If you’re a Gmail user, you may have noticed that some of your data has been deleted. This is because Gmail deletes old messages and attachments when it’s updated with new features or when it’s being used as a spam filter. To recover deleted data from Gmail, you first need to know how to find and access the data. Then, you can use some methods to recover the data.

  1. Look for the “Data Recovery” tab in your Gmail settings. This will show you how to find and access your deleted data.
  2. Once you’ve found your deleted data, use one of the methods below to recover it:
  • Use Google Drive: Go to Google Drive and click on the “Data Recovery” tab. You’ll see a list of options for recovering your lost data. Choose one of these options and follow the instructions accordingly: recovery mode (which will restore all files including attachments), password recovery, or email extraction (which will extract all emails from your account). If you choose email extraction, be sure to set up an email address for yourself so that you can receive notification when recovery is complete.
  • Use iCloud: If you have iCloud enabled, go to iCloud and click on “Data Recovery.” You’ll see a list of options for recovering lost data there as well. Choose one of these options and follow the instructions accordingly: recovery mode (which will restore all files including attachments), password recovery, or email extraction (which will extract all emails from your account). If you choose email extraction, be sure to set up an email address for yourself so that you can receive notification when recovery is complete.
