  1. Open Instagram and sign in.
  2. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the app and select “Refresh.”
  3. The app will ask for your password, which you’ll need to remember because it’s different for each account. Once it’s done refreshing, your account will be updated with new photos and videos.
