That means that there are a lot of people who use WhatsApp and a lot of messages that people have sent and received. If you’re like most people, you probably don’t want to go through all of your old messages just to refresh your contacts list. Luckily, there’s an easy way to do it without having to delete any messages or go through long menus. First, open WhatsApp on your iPhone and tap on the three lines in the top left corner (or swipe left from the main screen). This will open up your chat history. Now, tap on any message that you want to refresh your contacts list with.
