Xbox One users can now refund DLC purchases if they have not received the items they were hoping to receive. This is done by going to the “My Games & Apps” section on your Xbox One and selecting “Refunds.” From there, you will need to provide your purchase information and a receipt for verification. Once all of this is done, you will be able to request a refund through the “Refunds” button on the right-hand side of the screen.
