If you’re using a Google account on your mobile device, then you’re likely using the Smart Lock feature. Smart Lock is a security feature that allows you to control access to your devices through your Google account. If you lose or forget your Google account password, Smart Lock can help protect your devices from unauthorized access. To use the Smart Lock feature on your mobile device, first open the Google app and sign in with your Google account. Then open the Security section of the app and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. On the left side of this screen, you’ll see a list of devices that are protected by Smart Lock. You can select one of these devices to add as a new target for Smart Lock protection. Once you’ve added a device to this list, you’ll need to set up an authentication code for it. To do this, open Settings on your mobile device and click on Security > Authentication > Add Authentication Code. Enter in a code that’s unique to that device and tap on OK. You’ll now be able to use Smart Lock with that device!
