If you have an iPhone 6, there are a few ways to remove the passcode without using iTunes.

  1. Use a computer with a USB port and type in “xcopy /var/mobile/Library/Passcode/0x7f4c0000 /Users/*” into the computer’s command prompt. This will copy the passcode to your user account on the iPhone.
  2. Use a phone app such as FaceTime or Zoom and call Apple’s customer service number and ask for help removing the passcode. They will likely tell you to use one of the methods listed above or to go to their website and enter in your code.
