But if you want to send a WhatsApp message without revealing your phone number, there are a few steps you can take. First, open WhatsApp and sign in. Under “Privacy,” select “Notify me when someone sends me a message with my phone number in it.” Now, whenever someone sends you a WhatsApp message with their phone number in it, they will be able to see that number in the notification area.
