There’s no need to worry about your country’s borders. In Victoria 2, you can sphere countries like never before! To do this, you’ll need to create a new province and then add a country to it. Once the country is added, you’ll be able to sphere it by clicking on the “sphere” button in the top left corner of the province screen. Once your sphere is created, you’ll be able to see all of the countries in that province and their stats. You can also click on any of these countries to learn more about them and their culture. If you want to remove a country from your province, just click on it and then select “remove from province.”
