If you want to tag someone in a post you’ve just made on Instagram, there are a few different ways to go about it. The first option is to use the @ symbol before the person’s name. For example, if you’re posting about your day and want to tag your friend who also happened to be there, you could type “@day_today.” If you’re using a phone app like Instagram or Snapchat, you can also tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the post and select “Add Tag.” From here, just type in the person’s name and hit enter. Finally, if you’re posting something on Instagram Stories (a shorter version of posts that disappears after 24 hours), you can’t use the @ symbol. Instead, just add a hashtag at the end of your post. For example, if I wanted to share this photo I took of my dog playing with my cat outside: #catanddog #outside ..
