If you’re like most people, you probably use iTunes to manage your music and videos. But if you want to transfer video from your Mac to an iPhone without using iTunes, there are a few steps you can take. First, make sure that your Mac is up and running. If it isn’t, you can check for updates here. Then open up the Finder and navigate to the Applications folder. Inside of this folder, find VideoToolbox.app . Double-click on this app and it will open up in a new window. Now click on the “Transfer” button at the top of the VideoToolbox window. This will start a dialogue box where you can choose which type of video to transfer: MPEG-4 or H264. If you’re transferring MPEG-4 videos, be sure to select “MPEG-4” as the format when prompted. If you’re transferring H264 videos, be sure to select “H264” as the format when prompted. Once you’ve chosen which type of video to transfer, click on the “Next” button at the bottom of the dialogue box and then click on “Confirm.” Once you’ve clicked on this button, VideoToolbox will start transferring your video files automatically!
