If you’re one of the many people who use Instagram, but find yourself constantly seeing posts from people you don’t follow, there’s a quick and easy way to turn off “seen in Instagram” on your phone. To do this, open the Instagram app on your phone and tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. From here, tap on “Settings.” On the next page, under “Privacy,” tap on “seen in Instagram.” If you want to disable this feature for all of your accounts (including those that you don’t have yet), select “disable for all accounts.” Otherwise, choose which accounts you want to disable it for.
