Xbox One users can unblock someone by using the “Unblock person” function. To do this, you will need to know their Xbox One username and password. To find their username, open the “Settings” app on your Xbox One and click on “Privacy & Security.” Under “Security,” you will see a list of devices that your Xbox One has access to. On the left side of this list, you will see “Xbox One.” On the right side of this list, you will see “Unblock person.” If your Xbox One is not in the list, then it is not currently unblocking someone. To do this, you will need to type in their username and password into the box next to “Unblock person.”
