There are a few ways to do this. You can call your phone company and ask them to remove the number from your account; or you can go to your carrier’s website and change the information on your account. You can also email yourself the list of numbers and addresses, or take a printout of the list and put it in a safe place. Whatever way you do it, make sure that you keep all of this information safe and accessible so that if something happens to your phone or computer, you can still access these numbers and addresses easily.
