There are many ways to get the Limitless Blue (Extreme) in Final Fantasy XIV: Bismarck. One way is to complete the main story quest, The Great Adventure. Another way is to find and talk to the blacksmith in the city of Bismarck, who will give you a blacksmith’s tool for free if you complete his quest, The Blacksmith’s Treasure. Finally, another way is to find and talk to the black mage in the city of Bismarck, who will give you a black mage’s tool for free if you complete his quest, The Black Mage’s Treasure. All three methods are available from start to finish.
