If you’re like most people, you probably use Instagram to keep in touch with friends and family. But if you’re a user of the app and want to stop receiving messages from people you’ve met on the platform, there are a few steps you can take. First, open Instagram and sign in. Then, go to your account settings and select the “notifications” tab. On this page, you’ll need to find the “unsend all messages” option and select it. Once that’s checked, your Instagram account will be empty of messages.
