If you’re a Google Photos user on an iPhone, you may have noticed that your photos are not syncing. This is because Apple has implemented a new feature in iOS 11 that requires users to have two-factor authentication in order to access their photos. If you don’t have two-factor authentication set up, your photos may not sync at all. To fix this issue, first head to the Settings app and select General > Security > Two-factor authentication. Once you’ve enabled two-factor authentication, your photos will start syncing again.
