Apple has just released iOS 8, and as with any new software update, it comes with a number of new features and bug fixes. If you’re like most people, you’ll want to update your iPhone to iOS 8 as soon as possible. Here are some tips on how to do that:
- First, make sure that your iPhone is up-to-date by checking for updates in the App Store. If there are any new updates available, you’ll see them listed in the Updates section of the App Store’s main screen.
- Next, open Settings and select General > Software Update > Check for Updates. This will start the process of downloading and installing the latest update for your iPhone.
- Once the update has been installed, open Settings again and select Software Update > Check for Updates again to continue installation. You should now see an updated Apple ID in your Summary tab on the left hand side of Settings when you check for updates!
