Instagram is a great platform for sharing old videos with friends and family. You can upload them to your account, or share them on the app’s Story tab. To upload an old video to Instagram story, follow these steps:

  1. Open Instagram and sign in.
  2. Click the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen and select “Upload.”
  3. Type in the name of the video you want to share, and click “Upload.”
  4. The video will be uploaded to your account and you’ll be able to view it on your phone or computer.
