If you’re like most people, you probably use Instagram as your personal photo and video sharing platform. But if you want to keep your account secure, you can use Google Smart Lock to do just that. Smart Lock is a feature of the Google Chrome browser that allows you to password protect your account. When you sign in with your Google account, Smart Lock will automatically create a new password for you and store it in the Chrome browser cache. You can then access your account with that new password only if you have the Google Chrome browser installed on your computer. To use Smart Lock on Instagram, first open up Chrome and sign in with your Google account. Then open up the “Settings” menu and select “Google Smart Lock.” Under “Password Protection,” select “Create New Password.” Enter a strong, unique password for your Instagram account that nobody else can guess. Click OK to create the new password and store it in the Chrome browser cache. Now when you sign in with your Google account, all of your photos and videos will be protected by this new password!
