It’s a question that has been on many people’s minds for the past few years, and one that Microsoft has been coy about answering. In an interview with IGN, Xbox boss Phil Spencer said that the company is “actively exploring” the possibility of bringing the console to other platforms, but he didn’t give any indication as to when or if this would happen. While it’s not clear whether or not Microsoft is planning to bring the Xbox One to other platforms anytime soon, it’s clear that they’re interested in doing so. The console has been struggling in recent years and there are plenty of reasons why. It doesn’t have a strong library of games, it doesn’t have a great design aesthetic, and it doesn’t have a lot of content. But if Microsoft can make some changes to its product and make it more appealing to other platforms, then maybe they can bring it back into relevance.
