The sheriff said a 54-year-old woman woke up around 4am to use the toilet in her apartment at 25000 Overlook Parkway when she saw a man standing at her front door. Salazar said the victim told investigators that the man, identified as 29-year-old Gino Anthony Bonocini, was a frequent visitor to the band and would be staying in a neighboring unit. The woman told investigators she asked Bonocini who he was and he rushed towards her, Salazar said. He was then taken to another room and sexually assaulted before the suspect cleaned the victim with toilet paper and flushed him down the toilet, according to an arrest warrant. On June 7, after investigators identified who was suspected of committing the crime, they received a warrant for mouthwash. one D After the swab test, the results on Friday matched Bonocini’s DNA with what was taken from the victim’s DNA, Salazar said. BCSO said a relative of Bonocini handed him over after telling her he had sexually abused the woman. Bonocini faces charges of sexual assault and burglary with intent to commit a felony.
