Police on the Burin Peninsula are investigating a suspicious fire in Little Bay East. RCMP were alerted to the fire at a vacant house on Factory Road around 12:30 this morning. Firefighters tried to put out the fire, but the structure was a total loss. Police say the fire is suspicious, adding that investigators are trying to determine the exact cause. Anyone with information is asked to contact the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
