Kaba, 24, was shot in the head and died in hospital after a police chase in Streatham Hill, south-west London, on September 5. Police said Kamba, who was about to become a father, was stopped when the Audi he was driving triggered an automatic number plate recognition system that showed it had been linked to a recent firearms offence.
