Mr. Crawford’s black Kawasaki motorcycle was found on East Street in St Budeaux on the night of May 12. Following an investigation by the officer, the Ivybridge man was found unconscious near the Weston Mill intersection. He later died on the spot. Benjamin Parry, 42, of Wright Close, Devonport, was arrested and charged with murder later that night and has since appeared in court. His next appearance will be on June 14 at Plymouth Crown Court. Thomas Pawley, 32, of Ivybridge and Chad Brading, 36, of Plymouth, have been formally charged with killing Mr Crawford. Both men are due to appear in Plymouth Magistrates’ Court this morning.
