Foreign Minister Simon Cowney has urged Boris Johnson to stop “rot” in Anglo-Irish relations and withdraw from his plan to introduce a bill to bypass parts of the agreement after Brexit. “I have been to Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and talked to many other EU foreign ministers, in many ways in recent weeks the EU position has hardened,” Mr Coveney said on Thursday.
