Despite widespread speculation, the long-awaited sequel to Sony Santa Monica is set to arrive in November, Bloomberg reported today. Of course, there is still time from then until now to change things. And, according to reports, things are already – the game was once set for September, before being internally shuffled for two months. A look at God of War Ragnarök from last year. Ragnarök was once set for 2021, although Sony has publicly pushed the game away due to production delays and the negative consequences of tackling the Covid pandemic. The game did not appear at Sony’s recent State of Play conference – although this event was largely about third-party games, and Sony itself recently dedicated entire shows to its biggest exclusives. At least one website had a report stating that the game was further delayed. According to Bloomberg today, Sony is currently planning to make an official release date of God of War Ragnarök in November 2022 later this month.
