Upon arrival, officers located a 23-year-old woman with life-threatening injuries. Despite the life-saving efforts of the police and Medavie Health Services West, he died. A 22-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and charged with 2nd degree murder. The two people are known to each other. Investigations are being carried out by police officers as well as members of the Criminal Identification Unit, the Serious Assault Unit and the Major Crime Unit.
