The head of the Brothers of Italy party was sworn in as Italy’s new prime minister in late October, becoming the country’s first female leader and the head of its first far-right government since World War Two. Among a series of ministerial appointments made on Tuesday, Galeacho Bignami was named deputy minister in the infrastructure ministry.
